HXZ1200: Two-plate Injection Molding Machine Series

Four tie rods bear the same force equally, so the mold plate parallelism is good.
The mold is driven by two fast hydraulic cylinders, and the mold movements are high-speed, accurate, and stable. The machine has a short cycle time as well as low-pressure mold protection.
With a very large opening stroke and maximum mold height, there are two ways to open the mold: mold clamp cylinder opening and fast clamp cylinder opening, making it especially suitable for producing deep cavity products.
The injection unit adopts a double-layer structure design and a linear guide for the nozzle seat to achieve low friction advantages and high precision injection, saving more energy.
Thanks to its short length, small footprint, and light weight, it can increase land utilization rate and reduce raw material consumption.
